We enjoyed the hotel, especially its food and rooms.

The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fabulous. The staff were polite and courteous and the location was incredible that close to the city centre.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was bad and the bathroom was quite small.

I really enjoyed my fab stay here, would recommend it. It was fairly clean and the staff were gorgeous, beds were lovely.

The staff is enthusiastic here, the services are excellent, and location is fab close to the city centre, good transport connections, University.

I had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was excellent, the location was brilliant close to the river Ouse, the city centre, the pub. The main bar was nice and the staff were delightful.

The reason we loved it was amazing stuff and food. Lovely bedroom and spotless bathroom. The hotel was in a really comfortable area. Excellant interior, good restaurant.

All in all a functional hotel and memorable stay. I enjoyed immaculate food and rooms. The beach nearby was nice and the view was brilliant! Speedy check-in, fast check-out.

Enjoyable location, plentiful breakfast, excellent friendly staff and free wi-fi. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. We were given a deluxe king room, it was stunning and super. Extremely compact bathroom. Impeccable service and a delightful restaurant, available onsite.

Smart staff, and welcoming restaurant with local food. Extraordinary view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, including coffee and eggs. The location was charming, at a moderate distance from a tranquil park. Very efficient service during my outstanding stay.

The rooms and staff was what makes that place fab. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. They made my stay superb. Loved the domestic area. Fairly priced main bar.

we loved atmosphere and people - just good. the deluxe queen room we were given had air conditioner, tea and coffee making equipment, and a radio. there's mister c's fulford serving quick orders a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Standard decor, lovely staff, nice bed. Besides, york city walls is 15 minutes' drive away. We enjoyed the amenities, such as a heating system, coffee/tea making facilities and a sitting area. Such a great experience.

Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. Room was very clean...

One of the dining options, Big Bite, was 5 mins walk away. We can recommend once again: )
